After he had gained popularity from Freaks and Geeks, Segel started appearing in few TV shows.He sang Dracula’s Lament and his original song Wonky Eyed Girl in The Late Night with Craig Ferguson. He was a member of the school’s basketball team of boys.The multi-talented actor announced that he is working on a book, an adult novel, in 2013. His height of six feet four inch also helped him to get into the basketball team.For his works he has been honored with reviews, nominations, and awards.He has been awarded Chicago Film Critics Association Awards Lifetime Achievement Award and Critics Choice Award for Best Song for the movie The Muppets. He co-wrote most of the songs of the movie Get Him to the Greek.
